This fellow is roosting in his little bat cave just a short distance away from his 100,000 friends and relatives who emerge from this bridge at dusk during the summer. The humans will often use the area on the opposite side of the building for vehicle parking to watch this evening spectacle. A tool might be helpful to aid in extracting him.
