Dracula The novel, published by Bram Stroker in 1897 has since taken on many representations. Portrayed by the likes of Bela Lugosi, Gary Oldman, Luke Evans and Chris Lee. Count Dracula is a nobleman of Transylvania. Gaining his powers through a deal with the devil, Dracula has super strength,  mesmerization, can transform into a bat, does not cast a shadow nor cast a reflection, in addition to a variety of other powers. The fictional Dracula has long been considered to be inspired by Vlad the Impaler.
